That's one way to defeat a Lynel.
It’s becoming somewhat normal to see new and incredible feats by gamers when it comes to the latest installment of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The video game released in early March of this year and with the title being open-world, players are easily discovering brand new techniques that will allow them to further progress in a unique way.
For instance, thanks to a report made by Gamerant, we have learned that one gamer showed off a new means to kill a Lynel, one of the tougher enemies you’ll come across during your journey of Breath of the Wild.
It seems that by using the Magnesis ability, gamers can wield a bookshelf and completely demolish your foes. We’re not sure just why using objects like a bookshelf can deal so much damage, but at the same time, we’re not complaining.

As you can notice within the gif above, the player can avoid the Lynel attacks by using the bookshelf as a shield as well. While this victory is likely to help gamers progress through certain areas a bit easier than before, it’s likely only a matter of time before Nintendo patches technique.
Nintendo previously patched the ability to pick-up more than ten arrows during a battle with enemy archers so we imagine using a bookshelf or any other objects through Magnesis will not have such a grand effect like the one displayed in the gif in the future. With that said, you’ll want to try out this trick while it lasts.
