We've received word from Pac Katari that one of his rebels might have a location on El Sueño. Talk to the rebel and find out what he knows.
You will receive this mission after defeating two heads of operations.
When you complete this mission for the first time, a default ending will be played. But there is also an alternative ending available. To unlock it, you have to complete all story missions and replay this one.

Objectives of El Sueño
1. Reach the RV
2. Identify body
3. Reach Bowman
Bowman is inside this house, she is fine.
4. Reach the mausoleum [10:00]
From now, rebels are no more our allies, now they are hostile and you can't call rebel support (all skills are locked).
You can travel by road but expect many road blocks, e.t.c.
Imo the best solution would be to use the car and follow the railroad. In this way you will skip many enemies, and will get to the base of the mausoleum hill very quickly.
Go to the top of the hill and open the mausoleum's main door. Now it's time to watch the final game story cinematic.
5. Mission Complete
Katari played us. He wanted to take care of Sueño himself, and it cost him his life. We tracked El Sueño to the grand mausoleum he'd built, and justice, for whatever it's worth, was done. El Sueño is finished. operation Kingslayer is complete.
