In order to start this quest you need to find a Mysterious Letter. I found it in a treasure chest in Fort Geraneia in Megaris.

1. Complete all bandit camp objectives 0/10
To complete this quest, you must complete all objectives in a total of 10 locations marked as bandits' camps. All camps you have done so far will be automatically credited to you.
2. Report to the contact in Kirrha, Phokis
3. Quest Completed
Rewards: Legendary XP, Legendary Drachmae
